    *This application period is open for the the Spring of 2027 Cohort. For the Traditional program, you must have an overall GPA of 2.5 and a 63.3 composite score on the ATI TEAS. 

    *Conditional Acceptance – means the applicant is offered a seat in the ASN program as long as all requirements for admission are met by the deadline provided in your acceptance email. Please visit the ASN Program website linked above for more information.

  • MANDATORY ACTIVITIES

    Attendance is required at all activities listed. If anything below is missed, you will be removed from the nursing program. 

    • November 13, 2026: Mandatory Live (In-Person) New Student Orientation-Spring 2027 Cohort (No Virtual Option)
    • December 14 & 15, 2026: AHA BLS Provider Course - required for ALL, regardless if you have an active BLS card. 
    • January 1, 2027: Clinical Documentation Due
    • January 11 & 12, 2027 Bootcamp: Nursing Boot Camp--More information will be given on which date you are expected to attend will be given at orientation.

    In order to insure that we recieve the correct information, below is a copy of the ATI TEAS that is needed when submitting your application.  In order to be considered for acceptance, you must have a ATI TEAS transcript showing a minimum composite score of 63.3 (for Traditional).

  • I attest that I am willing and able to meet other program requirements, including standard vaccination/PPD requirements for healthcare workers, criminal background check, urine drug screen, physical exam, and any other requirements outlined by the ASN Program upon offer of acceptance. I understand that the COVID-19 vaccination is not currently required by ASN clinical partners but that requirements may change at any time.*
  • I attest that I have read and understand the following policy regarding self-reported criminal history: A criminal background check is conducted upon conditional acceptance into the ASN Program. Failure to report any conviction on this application will result in automatic disqualification for admission. The nursing faculty may disqualify any nursing candidate based on the type of criminal offense, regardless of the length of time since conviction. Admission may be denied depending on the nature of the conviction. A letter from the WV RN Board "To Potential Nursing Applicants" concerning criminal findings and licensure can be found online at wvrnboard.wv.gov.*
